You can see it from Lexington Avenue, just north of Diffley road, in Eagan. I think that is the furthest away I have see it from the south.

I have seen it both from out by Stonebrook Golf Course south of Shakopee and from the new Hwy 212 straight west of Chaska. That has to be at least 35 miles.

The skyline is fairly easy to see at Hennepin County's highest point - The intersection of Territorial Road and Main Street in Rogers.
You can't really see it here but this is the vantage point. It looks incredible on a clear day.
