What made Edina stay wealthy and will places with higher incomes *today* stay expensive? For example, Rogers has a higher average income than Edina, will Rogers become the new Edina, etc?

Same with all real estate, location, location, location. You can't replace or make up locations, wealthy first ring suburb. The further west in Edina, the newer the neighborhoods within the city. It has two country clubs, one being good luck getting into if you wanted (Interlachen)

Hi, I don't know a lot about real estate but how do you get a buyers agent and what kind of cost are we looking at? I mean just a ballpark. I thought the seller paid for the buyer agent? Thanks.

Buyer’s agent is just your realtor if you are looking to buy a home, condo, etc… Doesn't cost you anything, they make it on split sellers fee. Without you having a realtor, your not gonna get pre sale anything, unless you can pay to get on MLS. A good/great agent will have a great network you can’t buy online.

Thank you. I understand and keep that in mind when we decide to buy.
