Default Lakeville/Farmington apartment buildings

Any advice on apartment buildings in Lakeville or Farmington? I'm only finding a few options in my searches, and I haven't been impressed with those that I've toured. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

THere aren't many in Lakeville. The only one I know about is Southfork and they are rental townhomes. You will find the same in Farmington but there are a few older 'apartments', but they aren't very nice. I don't know any of the names though.

Rosemout won't have many either. You may have to consider Eagan.

Majestic Cove in Apple valley is kinda good, and it's right next to those cities and is actually in a more convenient location. Otherwise there's some newer townhomes in downtown lakeville around Holyoke Ave. that I thought were really nice, however I don't remember the name.
