Red face elementary/middle school job availability in minneapolis/st.paul
I am thinking of moving to the Minneapolis-St.Paul area depending on the likelihood of me, an out of state teacher, landing my first classroom teaching job. I am licensed in the states of Oregon and California to teach elementary k-6 as well as middle school math, and my employment history is mainly in the field of education. My question is whether it would be worth it to invest the time and money to get a Minnesota teaching license, or is the market for teachers in this area overly saturated?

Middle school math, especially if you are male, is a possibility, elementary, not so easy.
