I am well aware of the huge rebates and discounts but I was hoping to get an Engery savings loan that has great interest rates and Columbia Water and Light offer that but since I won't be a customer I can't apply for it.

I am well aware of a line of credit but that isn't going to be enough money. This would have been great help for me. So I don't have use all my saving account.

check with your mortgage lender too .... there are mortgages for energy efficient houses.... or energy efficient home improvements..... can be quite attractive....

they are called energy efficient mortgages (eem's)

some mortgage lenders are not familiar with them, but they ARE out there....

and yes, you would likely require our services to qualify for one.... although this is NOT a solicitation......

Hey u a'll. I want to give you a heads up. We backed out on the contract because the inspection report shows how much more money and work we needed to do to make it safe for our family. I am sad but glad I paid for an inspection. You all been helpful and Thank You. I am still going to look into the energy efficient mortgage when I do finally find a home to buy.
