The St Louis street overhaul reminds me of how Royal street was years ago.

Someone needs to put a good bar on St. Louis street. Not a fancy one like Post, but a good bar that had good nooks and spots to have good conversations and a nice bar to belly up to. I think it would kill it.

Someone is building a bar near St Louis street, the Northwest Corner of Warren and St Micheal Streets. It’s a little ways from being completed when I last saw it tho

I'm not a fan of the rendering. I would rather it be taller maybe 200 feet.

I see the Mobile real estate department is requesting a subdivision of the Civic Center property.

"2-lot subdivision to create a 2-acre legal lot of record at the northwest corner of Canal Street and S. Claiborne Street"
