Does anyone use the iPhone around the Bozeman/Belgrade area? If so, how do you do it? I was just up there and the services weren't available since I was going off their partner towers. I don't want to cancel AT&T, but it's looking to be that way. HELP!

Thanks!

Crystal

Your iPhone will not work in Montana so far as I understand. AT&T is not an available service here either. You might call Verizon or Alltel and see if they have any plans.

It would be refreshing if we'd all trash-can our cell phones, wouldn't it??!!

I have an iPhone and it works fine in Whitefish and Kalispell. But once you get out of the city limits (and I mean RIGHT when you get out), you might as well turn it off because you won't get a signal.

I believe verizon makes a close proximation of the Iphone (I think it's called the "prada" from LG) and the service area is pretty decent.

I was in Billings and Laurel in July and my iphone worked very well overall (I have the old one). I did not get reception a couple of times and the internet was very slow compared to other parts of the country (I live in Chicago-land) but I was able to use it most of the time. I was able to check email in Bridger but I didn't try the phone when I was there.

I'm with you! When do we start knocking over the towers?
