She is one HOT cup of coffee ! When is "starbuck" coming to Sanders County ? She sure isn't "Plain"
I'm sure even "Thompson" would "Fall" for her !

Lia there are plenty of rentals right now in Plains and a few in Thompson Falls. There are a couple of apartment type buildings and duplex/4 plexes but if I was renting there I would get one of the places that's available on some land.

It's 100 miles pretty much in any direction to find a stop light from Thompson Falls and a good 60 miles from Plains in any direction to a stop light.

Plains, Paradise and Thompson Falls are much warmer (relative) than say Trout Creek or Noxon. For instance, 4 weeks ago we got a lot of snow (dunno a couple of feet). 2 weeks later there was not too much on the ground in Paradise, a little more in Plains, a little more Thompson Falls.

Either way, I am coming to check out Montana and Wyoming. Worked in New Mexico for two years. Hey, I will bring some Starbucks for the coffee. And, yes if I make the decision to move our wife can sure help. All of you have been really helpful!

Betcha you can find a friendlier cup of coffee at any local diner than you could at the best Starbucks in the world...

.... unless, of course, it was served BY Starbuck
