Default Ideas

My wife has given me the ok to look at moving out of WI. I am an avid upland (mostly pheasant)hunter who does some duck hunting. I am looking for an area to settle in which I can pursue my hunting hobby yet be close enough to a city that offers shopping. Can someone give me a direction to look at?

Thanks

Take out your Montana Map, check the scale, set your dividers at 50 miles, and draw a circle around Billings and Great Falls.
Now, find a place you like within one of those circles.
There you are.
Good luck.

havelocksparky, as you pick and sort out communities within 50 miles of the City of Billings or the City of Great Falls, you can get a fact sheet for that location in Montana by going here American FactFinder and input the name of the community for "city/town" (leave out the ZIP Code) and Montana for "State", and then click "GO".

You'll get a lot of demographic, and some economic, statistics for the community you selected, and if you click on "Reference map" (it's on the right hand side), you'll get a map.
