has anyone or any state decided to be a guinea pig to go up against the feds yet?

what I mean by this statement, has anyone decided to make a firearm in state and sell it to a state citizen, thereby challenging federal laws from f-troop?

No, the first attempt will be by "MONTANA" and if they don't hurry, "WYOMING" is going to do it.

Montana started the movement and I think now it has really become a challenge a "Yeah!" type attitude and other states are saying "Why not?" So now it's kind of becoming a political thing, I think, that is causing a race to see who can do it first.

And... Who cares who gets to prove the case, so long as the Feds get the message!!

Montana has filed suit, it is currently in the federal system. They are hoping to get a ruling(favorable) before someone has to put their skin on the line as a test case.

As mentioned in other threads, it is up against the courts. Not fully in place yet as far as I know. It's the same in Wyoming. The GOV signed it, but you don't see it on the streets yet.

This is likely to become one of those situations where you can't arrest everyone, so you try to scare the people into compliance by making a spectacular example of someone who doesn't have the means to fight it in court.
