Yeah, I'm sure glad that cop was there to ticket the guy that wasn't hurting anyone.
Speeding on a motorcycle isn't like speeding in a car. In a car you are likely to hurt other people if you wreck. On a bike you will probably just hurt yourself.
The guy was trying to outrun the storm. So what? As long as he was riding safely doing 107 mph on dry pavement is better than doing the speed limit on wet pavement.
