Also the Yamaha Star Raider S look pretty good with a 240 mm tire in rear. I think this the bike Harley should have of built. It look similar to their custom cruiser.

All these two bikes need is some custom set of chrome wheels and a rear 280 mm tire upgrade. With all the upgrades and chrome wheels you'll still be at around 18k.

All that Victory need is a 280 mm rear tire to give it that even more custom look.
Why not just retrofit a mack truck tire on the rear and be done with it!!!

Get the Harley....

I used to own one of these bad boys.

'06 Dyna Street Bob with a Screamin' Eagle Stage I kit....Screamin' Eagle II pipes and lots of cosmetic add-ons.

That EFI Twin Cam 88 inch V Twin with the Screamin' Eagle Stage I kit and a 6-speed was THE FASTEST.....badest bike I have ever owned.

Crotch rockets couldn't keep up until after about 80-90 MPH.....Even a Honda 1000.

He said "GD"....."That bike is one bad mofo" after I raced him. LOL

Get the Harley IMO.

I loved that bike, but you know how it is. A bass boat and muscle car PLUS a daily driver pick-up was enough. The plates and insurance on all of them was killing me. No way am I quitting fishing or selling my two owner 60's muscle car (me being the second) for many many years.

For some reason, I have a hard time believing that a 600 lb, ~100 HP HD was holding off a 1000 CC modern sportbike, weighing 400 lbs with 150 HP all the way to 90mph. The acceleration in that vid looked like about 5 seconds to 60 mph, which isn't slow...but for bike standards, it isn't fast either. My 80 hp SV650 that weight a touch under 400 lbs (until you put my fat butt on it) could cover those speeds in the upper 3 second range with a good rider (Once again not me).

If the Bob was seriously knocking out a 1000 CC supersport, I'd have to imagine the rider of that SS bike either had more bike than skill, or was scared of the bike and unable to get on it.

5 SECONDS to 60? LOL Five seconds to be on your way to bury it....

How is a Harley so fast?

Bottomend torque....while those crotch rockets are 'popping wheelies' trying to get going.....you're already GONE.

Horsepower doesn't do you a bit of good if you can't use it.

It also FAILS when it doesn't come on until 8,000....9,000+ RPMs.

That V-Twin is screaming off idle.

Nah....I owned one...... Trust me....that '06 Honda 1000 was supposed to be the baddest bike around.

To the owners supprize....NOT until 80-90 MPH with a normal rider.

I suppose a professional could beat me.

You won't......

As a matter of fact...I remember him telling me that when I took off and left him, he goosed it to catch me. The bike did a wheelie and he set it down pretty hard after freaking out.

I was already down the road and leaving him in the dust.

As for the Screamin' Eagle 103s.....Full dressers with one can beat ANY 600cc crotch rocket in a drag race.

I saw it on Speed....
