The terrifying, yet totally absorbing "Room 101" scene from 1984.

Burton and Hurt - brilliant performances from both. But this scene really is the most memorable/disturbing of the entire film.

Some great scenes mentioned here
how bout in the Wizard of Oz when the house comes to rest, Dorothy comes out and everything is in color

And how can we forget the final airfield scene of "Casablanca"

Nothing can top this scene for the sheer death and destruction wrought by a product of man's own excursion into atomic energy. It's gritty dark documentary feel and brilliant music score truly create a snapshot of hell:

Others may have come first but no movie creation ever packed the power and fury of the King of the Monsters, Godzilla.

The closing scene from "No Country for Old Men"

Always sends a shiver down my spine when he says "And then I woke up!"

The Fugitive (1993). When Tommy Lee Jones arrives at the train crash site and they interview the cop who was on the bus. He says it's impossible that anyone could've escaped. Then, one of the cops finds handcuffs.

TLJ says: "You know we're always fascinated when we find handcuffs with no hands in them?"
TLJ's colleague says: "Care to revise your statement, sir?"
Cop: "What?"
TLJ: "Care to change your c*** and b*** story?"

I think it's funny.

A scene from another Harrison Ford movie. Frantic (1988). He plays an American doctor attending a medical conference in Paris with his wife. She's kidnapped shortly after they check into their hotel. Towards the end of the movie, he is in a café phoning the U.S. Embassy. They're aware of the kidnapping at this point.

HF: I'm in Café X right now.
Embassy Employee: How do you spell it?

HF is understandably on edge at this point, having come in contact with the Paris underworld.

HF: Well...how do you spell it? Well... With an S, for sh**head.

And then hangs up the phone.

Fatal Attraction - When Dan (Michael Douglas) goes home and as soon as he closes the door he hears Alex (Glenn Close) talking with his wife Beth (Anne Archer) in the living room. When he walks into the living room his wife introduces them !
Can feel Dan was coming unglued ! Excellent acting by Michael Douglas.

I remember seeing this in the theater when it was released - packed theater everyone screaming !

People everywhere were talking about this movie !
