No tears for Brian's Song? You, my lovely Matador Maiden, are heartless and cold!

LOL...actually, one of the greatest movie fight scenes, IMHO, is between two ladies...Uma Thurman (Beatrix Kiddo) vs. Darryl Hannah (Elle Driver) in Kill Bill, Vol. 2. Just classic.

Actually, Kill Bill I and II - can be considered for the list. Solid flicks.

That is a great scene. My favorite lady fight scene in a movie is still Ripley vs. the Alien Queen in ALIENS.

I loved Kill Bill 2, but not Kill Bill 1 so much. It broke my ridiculous meter -- and I have a very generous ridiculous meter.

You mean:

"Surely, AIRPLANE is always good for some laughs."

"It is. And don't call me Shirley."

But all your movies are newer ones! It sounds like you ought to go out and see a batch of 1930s-1950s movies. Henry Fonda, Humphrey Bogart, Edward G. Robinson, Clark Gable, and so on.

Personally, I don't see the point of owning and watching the same things forever, and would rather go to revival theaters - but I don't know if there's one in your city.

I just realized there isn't a single comedy on your list. Don't you like to laugh?

I was thinking the same thing. -- High Noon, Thunder Road, Maltese Falcon, Run Silent Run Deep, Caine Mutiny, River of No Return, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valence, the old TV series Victory at Sea . . .

Too much of this thread is a sad parody of the stereotypical, juvenile, ADD inflicted, imbecilic, violent, anti-intellectual male.
Paranoid and depressed about his waning testosterone count as he gains more weight and watching his carrot shrivel
like a turtle's head retracting forlornly back inside his doughy body....so sad.

By the way, Good Guys Wear Black, the MIA Series, and Road House were all awesome!!!!!!!
Spoiler
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
