Ooh that's a good one. I've watched the original three numerous times and they just do nothing for me.

I agree with this 100%.

I've never really cared for Christopher Nolan's films. The only one I somewhat liked was Memento, but it's only good the first time around. After you've seen it once, the charm is gone.

I'm something of a minority in the film geek community for the simple fact that I do not like Citizen Kane. It is without a doubt an influential and groundbreaking film, but the only thing interesting about it to me is the innovative cinematography. The story and the performances do not move me at all. Mind you, I'm not really a fan of Orson Welles in general. My thoughts on him mirror Ingmar Bergman's.

I never really cared for "It's a wonderful life"... not sure why, I just never got it. I know, I am a freak.

Like Woody Allen movies, a lot of people can't stand them. I just like to see good acting and he lets the actors do what they need to do. He is not afraid to make his characters unlikeable.

I like Zatoichi movies, most people have never even heard of them unless you are into Japanese cinema.

Musicals - most younger people do not like older musicals, I love them. My Mom was an aficionado and I have seen every one I think... I can even sing the songs to a lot of them as she had the soundtracks and that is what I listened to growing up.

This was in another thread, hate slasher movies, total waste of time those are.

I like Dances with Wolves, but I agree with Pulp Fiction. The language got old quickly.
