Saw it today. Loved it. Best Marvel movie yet.

FYI: Stay for ALL the credits.

My favorite part was when the good guy beat the bad guy

No real spoiler but when Mark says all of the credits, there are TWO scenes to stay for. One after the initial credits, then the other one after the rest of the credits. As I said in another thread, excellent movie.

Agree. I know at least for my veiwing pleasure it was the best of the Marvel movies so far.

I think what I liked about it was not only was it a great techno-thriller, but it had something to say about our current society. It's a great Marvel flick, no doubt, but it actually manages to be more than just another mindless super hero movie with a lot of stunts and special effects.

Theater was packed by the way. We caught the first Saturday showing, and almost every seat in the house was full.

I liked it a lot. I think it's the best movie of Phase 2 (the others being Iron Man 3 and Thor 2). I wasn't a fan of the first Captain America so this was a big improvement for me. The action scenes were amazing!

I feel like Iron Man did this too, with Tony Stark's transition out of the weapon part of his industry. I still think Iron Man is the best of the Marvel movies, followed by the Avengers (not so much a serious message but it was really fun), and then it's kind of a tie between the first Thor and Captain America 2 for me.

I could see how people say this is the best one, though. It really did make you think.

I'll say. When I saw Gary in this one and heard what he whispered, it tied in to why he was so interested in the suit in another film. Those who saw the film know what I'm talking about. Those who didn't, go see it.

I liked Iron Man and the Avengers a lot too, but Cap 2 tops them for me, mostly because I didn't have to suffer through 2 1/2 hours of dialogue written by Joss Whedon.

It surprises me how many people during the movie left before the first one. Seriously people, you should know that Marvel Cinematic Universe movies (outside of Hulk) are known for mid and post credit scenes. This is nothing new at all.

As I said in the last movie thread I loved the movie and it was the best in the Cinematic Universe so far, including Avengers. There is some room for sequels in there even the rumored Dr. Strange and Civil War movies.
