Hopefully the reviewer is right in that it's so over the top gross, grim and morally reprehensible that nobody will even want to try to do something worse, as there's no room to go.

Sadly there are probably enough Jackass fans who would make a "Two Girls One Cup: The Full-Length Director's Cut" profitable. What a world.
I read the review. This movie sounds disgusting, there's no way I'm watching it. Some movies just go too far. I mean, child rape? That just crosses the line imo.

Linda Blair in "Exorcist"! Scariest, but not the most disturbing movie I've seen!
Any one movie on this list is disturbing:

The synopsis for "A Serbian film" is far worse than the film itself.

I watched this film and was disappointed. The story seemed to make me keep wondering where it was going and by the time it ended I realized it didn't go anywhere. The "graphic" scenes weren't all that graphic IMO.

Mothers Day. My friends and I in high school made a habit of using our weekends to rent 70s/80's horror flicks from a close by movie rental place. This one stood out to me.

I've also seen Pink Flamingos, that movie already speaks for itsself.
