The Eyes of My Mother 2016 A young, lonely woman is consumed by her deepest and darkest desires after tragedy strikes her quiet country life.

What an incredibly unique movie. Horrifying, disturbing and thought provoking. I read reviews after watching and it seems a lot of people hated this film. Go figure!

The Blue Gardenia (1953)

The Blue Gardenia (1953) - IMDb

This movie had Anne Baxter, Raymond Burr, and George Reeves (Superman).

I've recently been hooked on Hollywood crime movies of the 50's. I just love the over the top drama, suspense, and acting!

The Zookeeper's Wife

Very good movie. Based on a true story about a non-Jewish couple who ran a zoo in Warsaw during WWII and risked their lives to spirit more than 300 Jews out of the Warsaw Ghetto and to safety on the "Aryan" side of the city. I'm in awe of their bravery.

The wife and I watched "the Accountant" Friday. Neither of us are fans of Ben Affleck but the movie was recommended to us. I have to say we both enjoyed it and thought it was pretty good.
