I went to a church fundraiser over the weekend and bought a box full of dvd's. One of them was "Bobby Jones-Stroke Of Genius." I had seen the last 25 minutes of it on cable a couple years ago, I never got to see it at the theater.

One of the very first big names in the history of the sport. The only golfer ever to win the Grand Slam. Great movie-I recommend it!

Alien Covenant. I loved it.

However, NOTHING will ever beat the orginal Alien 1979.

I just watched this tonight:

I really like this movie, much more than I remember. In fact, I cannot remember my reaction when I saw it more than a decade ago.

A nice, old favorite!

For me, today, finished "The North Avenue Irregulars", a fun Disney flick in the spirit of how they did comedies in the 70s and 60s.

Just completed "The Skull" with Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing.

About the only down thumb I have for the flick is that Marquis de Sade wasn't quite the homicidal maniac but rather tried to drag things out. The flick rather forgets that.

As a movie from the 70s or so.....wonderful backgrounds.
