Is Steven Seagal that bad of an actor?
Yep, and he runs like a girl.

Jane, that was funny! .. his range of emotions ..

He's done enough movies that you'd think he would get better, but found the same thing, his facial expressions never seem to change, do they?

I did used to enjoy watching him in martial arts mode though, taking out anything and everyone in his path, lol.

Okay, maybe he's not the best actor but I'm entertained by the movies he's in. Five of them I like very much:

1. Above The Law
2. Under Seige
3. Under Seige 2
4. The Glimmer Man
5. Executive Decision

Guess this keeps his busy...or caused many in Hollywood to take him less seriously.

There's no way Hollywood would care about his incarnate soul.
If his films could sell tickets they would be promoted, but they can't so they aren't.

I liked Seagal's early stuff (especially Hard to Kill, Above the Law, and Under Seige), but I have not enjoyed most of his recent movies.

I still watch his movies on TV from time to time because he's the good guy who is righting some wrong. I guess it is a carry over from my days watching Mighty Mouse.

Haha! Mighty Mouse! "Here he comes to save the day!"

Oh, I dunno... I happen to think that Seagal has more facial expression than say, Keanu Reeves... or even Boris Karloff, when he played Frankenstein!

I'm not sure. It probably took a lot of training - but Reeves does know how to smile on camera when he needs to.
