No. Many people often discover even a new thing about the sound or structure of a song with repeat listens, Though after a full day I agree with Mike555 its good to take a break.
I get a song stuck in my head FOR DAYS!!!!! Now, granted, nobody can hear it but me ... but it's pretty much the same thing as listening to the same song all day long over and over and over and over and over and over ...............

YES!! This happens to me ALL the time! I wake up several times a night and every time I wake up, that song (whatever it might be that week) is "playing"!!!! Sometimes it drives me nuts. (Or maybe I'm already there!! )
I don't know about all day, but I've listened to the same song a couple dozen times in a row, I guess.
