John Waite had a couple of good solo hits, too.

"Isn't It Time" is also my favorite Babys song and that song brings me back alot of great memories of high school, you don't come across that song on the radio all that often unfortunately.

John Waite did have some great solo hits, I've always liked "Change", don't know why it wasn't a bigger hit than it was, "Missing You" is a good song too and I'm glad the song went #1 in 1984

I have forgotten all about them forming Bad English, I really liked their hit song "When I See You Smile" which was definitely deserving of being a huge hit.

Neal Schon is one of my all time favorite guitar players and he sure knows how to rock.

What is really sad is that the Babys were fairly big back in the late 1970s/early 1980s and shortly afterwards people have forgotten all about them, I also have the "Anthology" album.

And I thought I was the only dork that loved them!

I'm quite sure my neighbours are well and truly sick and tired of me cranking Everytime I Think of You and Isn't It Time.

Love them, have always loved them. Love all the Bad English and John Waite stuff as well just wish there had been more.

Oh and The Promises ~ Baby It's You is a fav too. Similar sound I always thought.

Rare...wasn't into them...but I have a silly story.

There was a guy at work that we used to marvel at the end of the work day.
He was a drinking buddy, but he had a peculiarity about him.

Most people who get into their car opens the door, walks up, puts their right leg in then dumps their butt into the seat...not this guy. He always goes in head first, kinda like crawling into bed. Sober or otherwise...We used to always kid him as he gets into his car..."Going Heeeeaad Firrrrrrst!!!!"

He would always turn his head, give us "the look", then proceed into his ride. Too funny!

He never heard of The Babys....

Not a bad tune...
