I guess I'm a sucker for a good patriotic song, or one where someone gave their life (or made some other sacrifice) for someone else. On the other hand, a couple of these songs are just sad.
for some reason I think of my mother and everything she has done for me and my siblings and no matter what any of us did she always loved us unconditionally. Even as adults when we dont see things for what they really are, she has always guided us without meddeling or judging and only gives her two cents when asked. She is one special women.
