U2 and Nickelback for me.....

I agree with someone else in this thread that early U2 stuff was classic (e.g. "Sunday, Bloody Sunday"), but the post 1992 stuff is garbage.

As for Nickelback, they are horrible. I don't understand why this band is so popular, being as their style of music is dated and their songs are generally so wishy-washy and disgustingly radio friendly (too radio friendly for most "rock" stations, even).

U2 were great when they first came out in the very early 80s. Up until about The Joshua Tree I was a fan. Can't stand them now. Pride is my fave U2 song.

Cold Play
The Beatles
Chris Brown
Lady Gaga
Green Day (I admit I like them a bit, but don't think they have much talent -- bubblegum "punk")

Nirvana, Creed, the Beatles, Smashing Pumpkins (I like their instrumentals, but the vocals annoys the crap out of me!!)

^^Especially, the dramatic reality show 'S.P.' (or whatever) has become lately.
Nirvana...ahhhh....I really had a hard time reconciling myself with that sound.
I think it was a 'time and place' thing. But...

... dating myself here, maybe, I say ~~~~> Queen.

I REALLY like ....about 4...maybe 5 songs.
Awesome songs, but....for all the popularity and stuff... I dunno.

Also, and I have my dukes up already, NIN.
Loved the crap out of them when I was.....very young...now just embarassing.
The lyrics are complete rubbish. Esp 1st album. (Not, Purest feeling, which, sadly...I like better.)
LOL
