Honestly, I do not get the adoration and adulation expressed toward "Mulholland Drive". For cryin' out loud, people, it was a pilot for a TV series, patched up to release to theaters when it was turned down for television! It was a "Twin Peaks" that didn't sell! Oh well... This bit is a standout in the film:

I couldn't find a clip of the "Remember My Forgotten Man" number, which closes the movie, a very gritty way to do so.
