Looking to test my move to SC with a winter rental next year. Do the real estates in North Myrtle Beach have a MLS on rentals or are they exclusive to each real estate company? Planned on looking at Century 21, Elliott and VRBO. Are there any others with a long list of properties?

When we moved here looking for a rental, our experience was that each agency handles their own rentals and there was no MLS for rentals. I believe that's still the case.

One of the largest rental firms in the Grand Strand is The Noble Company. Another suggestion would be Southern Coast Vacations. The Noble Co does not list all of their available properties online so it's best to call them or any other firm you decide to deal with.

Try condoworld.com. That's who I always used back when I used to winter in MB.

Rentals would not have an MLS# unless they are for sale also. One company will have the rental exclusively. Find a companys website and it should let you know if they do long/short term rentals.
