Glad you likes it nyflbound, not much to not like at Riverstone, It's all very impressive. I pleased that your trip wasn't wasted and that you are now considering moving down here. You never get bored of being able to walk around with short sleeves
Some drivers down here are terrible, but if that's the worse thing you can think off, it can't be a bad place.

Is this development really North Naples, it seems to be pretty close to Bonita Springs?

Thanks for the information on Riverstone. Can anyone provide what the HOA fee is in Riverstone? Also, can anyone indicate if when you go to the sales office if the plans offer an option to have a pool built with the house? Or even some of the spec homes have them? Thanks for any information you can provide.

The HOA for Riverstone is $258 a month. Pools are offered as an upgrade and some of the models have them. Hope that helps.

Default living in riverstone

We currently live in riverstone and love it. This is our 2nd year in Naples and we searched every community in Naples for a nice house in a kid friendly area and we couldn't be happier. There is a huge amount of kids in the neighborhood. Out of 7 houses being lived in on our street 5 homes have kids. It is VERY family friendly. There are not too many old timers in here. Construction will be complete in the first phase by May and the community center will begin shortly. The zoned schools are great. It is a nice place.
