Ha! Came on this thread while searching...I created it 8 years ago. Thats how long it took me to get a decent IT job in Naples proper Persistence, I guess. Nevertheless, we've finally relocated to Naples. It's not ideal..but we're happy.

I work in networking and network security right now. We may be moving to Naples in the next 12 to 18 months but looking on Monster, etc. I see essentially no work directly related to what I do. My company has offices in FL, but the closest ones are Tampa and Palm Beach. I may try to work out an arrangement where I can work remotely for most of the time with some amount of travel, we'll see. Right now, that's my biggest concern about making the move.
