It would be too hideous to imagine. btw, it was a rental & one day they moved out in the middle of the night
which says something. Since the owner never took care of the place, I cleaned up the front and back yard and filled 3 outdoor trash bags full of #2............fresh air at last.

I didn't buy the most wonderful property in Liepers Fork just about 4 years back when things were still priced low. Next door was a poor dog chained to a tree and continually barking. I would have bought the home if the dogs weren't there.

I had to fight several neighbors about their dog noise. One resolved things quickly and has her set times they are out in the yard here and there yapping. Another neighbor moved, they were way overdue for a larger property.

People who allow dogs to bark incessantly in areas with small lots are abusers. I fought back and now have a quite area but one dog can ruin an entire neighborhood. I don't see excuses to abuse neighbors with pet noise in Mid TN when it's so cheap to own acreage near town where a dog can bark all it wants and nobody will hear it.

No the barking will not get any better and the present homeowners will hate you because you don't love their dogs just as much as they do. I would tell the Realtor why you won't consider the house for purchase.
