Just curious Nashville is a booming city with many new developments and housing communities. I'm curious as to why there's hardly anything to the northwest of Nashville, when viewing google maps that area has hardly anything in it. Is it because it's mountainous? It is more mountainous than other parts of the city but it seems like you could still develop there if they wanted to. It seems like a lot of the development is concentrated south and east of the city. I'm surprised there's more demand for housing in Spring Hill then in Whites Creek. Always figured people wanted to be close to the city. I wonder if this will change in the near future.

Well Nashville has hills all over the city. It's a very hilly city. On the NW side the hills dominate the landscape. It's harder to develop on hilly/mountainous terrain. Also I think people there want it to be kept like that.

I do want some development to happen there tho. Real pretty area. Build some houses on the hills.
