We are looking at relocating from Illinois with kids that will be entering their Freshman and Junior years of high school. Ideally we would wait until they both graduated, but Illinois is taxing us to death. How is Hendersonville High? Also, we're bringing my elderly mother and was wondering about advice on senior centers and communities.

Hendersonville High is well-regarded. I'd also look at Station Camp HS too which is just further north.
