I have some questions about a few things. I am hoping to attend Belmont for my accelerated BSN starting next fall, and so my husband and I will be relocating to Nashville. We have 2 small children, so we would like to find a place to rent that is family friendly, not too far from Belmont, and not too pricey! I know a little about the city, but not as much as I would like. Eventually we hope to settle in Brentwood/Franklin, but while I'm in school, and my husband is only going to be working part-time, taking care of the kiddos, we need something cheap! We're very excited about setting up our roots in Nashville, and raising our family there, just have some questions about the first 2 years or so. Any information would be helpful!

What price range are you looking for?

Unfortunately cheap/nice doesn't exist in Nashville. You either get cheap or you get safe, but not both.

There are a few places in the Green Hills area, which is close to Belmont, that are in the $950-$1300 range on the MLS for rent. It will be difficult finding anything less expensive that meets your needs and is close to Belmont.

This is a really great place in Green Hills which is two miles from Belmont University. It is on the bus route and you could even walk or ride a bike if interested.
