Still looking for a nice 2-3 bedroom town home with garage in Nashua area. Not too far from Hollis. Only have one car for now and budget is around 1400-1600. Would like to find something that is updated and well taken care of inside if possible. So far have not run across much. A house would be too expensive when considering utilities. Moving at the end of the month from MN. Anyone looking for a challenge?

I believe youre going to have a tough time locating what your looking for. I'm moving to the area myself and had to secure a townhome in merrimack for 1600. In my searches merrimack has had the most updated properties at the cheapest (if you can say that) prices. NH rental market is high but still better than buying a paying the property taxes.

Please be aware that the rent includes a share of the property tax paid by the owners.

what sort of an idiot would think that their monthly rental would NOT include any associated home owners fees, property taxes, and a buffer to cover future repairs! Does Charlie really think landlords are only charging for the mortgage and paying the rest out of the goodness of their hearts???? Renters just don't get the separate bills.

Um yeah. Renting sucks. Found a 2 bedroom for 1400 in Nashua. We need to buy a house ASAP. I hate giving my money to someone else to better their quality of life.
