Hi. As the title of the thread says, I'm wondering if there are any Bergen county towns that have average home/condo prices at around $300K for 2 or 3 BR/2 Bath.
Many places in Bergen are expensive (e.g. Tenafly, Alpine, and Ridgewood) so it would be nice to know which Bergen town is affordable yet still nice.
Not quite sure what's going on in the current housing market but you might as well get in contact with several common realtors such as Century 21, Re/Max, Weichert, and Coldwell Banker. Also, check those free housing catalogs that can be easily found in super markets. Last word of advise is to check the NJ MLS website.
Yes, anything north in Bergen County are just untouchable. There are some decent towns south, which will definitely be in your range. 300k is possible to find. You just need to keep looking.
