I see LBI listed specifically Beach Haven. Don't leave out Surf City on LBI. Your a mile or so from the causeway so u can scoot over to the mainland. Cinemas,Shoprite and all the stores that u need. I had beach passes for years in Surf City. U could drive down to Beach Haven to Fantasy Island in about 15 minutes for rides for the kid.

Ocean City is a great place for families. Nice boardwalk and it's a dry town so it's pretty mellow. When our son was a year and a half he would love going in the stroller to the boardwalk to see all of the lights and attractions.

Beach is nice too.
