Childcare in West Orange (day cares, home, live)

hi,
I have 19 month old twins, they have always been at home (i had a great nanny).

Unfortunately my nanny is leaving and i have to look at other options (like day care etc). I checked at clockwork day care center and its really very expensive to send the both of them there for extended hours. I cant afford that place.. Do all the other day cares also cost as much?
Any other center you can recommend? Or even a live -in live out nanny (service).

Would really appreciate any feedbacks..
