How's rental in WF? We are looking to buy a house there as well but don't want to rush into it, so we will rent short term. Anyone has any experience?

We are looking to rent an apartment in WF for my mom and just started looking. rents arent cheap and most of the apartments seem to be in private houses but, beyond that I have no idea.

Thanks. I don't mind the price (thanks to Brooklyn desensitizing me!) too much since it will be short term anyway.
