Bus from Somerset to NY anyone?? (New Brunswick, East Brunswick: home, shop, authority)

Looking to take the bus to and from NYPA and Somerset. Suburban is useless and put me on the WRONG BUS HOME today (wound up in Franklin Park)!!!! I need to get to stop and shop/JFK Blvd area.

Anyone know the correct bus number that goes to or from Port Authority to Somerset?? Thank you!

I don't know if there's a NY-bound bus from Somerset that goes through JFK Blvd area. The one I've taken heads to New Brunswick, then East Brunswick and then NJ turnpike N.

I've seen bus stops along JFK Blvd - the signs say "Suburban to NY" but there is ZERO info online nor on the phone (they're nasty!) about which bus, routes, times...

If you don't like Suburban I would suggest to at least take the Suburban bus to New Brunswick then go to train station to NYC. It should take you to Penn Station then you could take the subway to your destintation.
