yeah, but the cops would know its not residents and they will shoot them. in reality, there are areas where this kind of stuff happens and it doesnt tend to be the good areas. while it may make sense to come to nice areas with expensive stuff, looters often dont have the cars to get to those places anyway.

And the buses aren't running anymore today. If they can find a way to get to your town, they could easily get home because they could just take all your SUVs that you gassed up full yesterday.

Be careful South Jersey. You guys are getting sustained 90 mph winds, gusts 110+, in other words, a full Cat 1 Hurricane. Be safe.

id think they would be more successful hitting places like long beach island. they are evacuated (pretty empty in the off season anyway) so the houses should be easy pickens. the problem is finding valuables in those houses. our lbi house has never had an inch of flooding or a penny worth of wind damage. it would need to flood a lot before it even mattered much anyway.

looks like the Hurricane is going to mainly target South Jersey, so impact won't be so great in North. NJ.

The parkway was closed due to flooding. Don't know about the turnpike.

Police might stop cars and if they look inside and see lots of stuff that may not match the occupants, off to jail they go.
