We're purchasing a home in Port Monmouth and need to find an inspector, we have recommendations from our realtor however we're looking for someone really great, the kind of guy that makes sellers and listing agents cringe

Thanks for any referrals!

Default NJ Home Inspectors?

NJbound/Regarese,

What did you think of your inspectors? Would you recommend them?

I need to get a home inspection in the coming weeks for a property we're buying in the Edison, NJ area. Any advise/recommendation is highly appreciated.

So far, I've looked into "G. Warren INC Home Inspectors." Anyone know anything about them?

Thanks in advance.

I am a real estate agent in Rahway
I always recommend 3 home inspectors to my buyers but i keep getting positive feedback
when my buyers use Ronald Lucas from X-Ray home inspection
he is based out of Linden but serves most of N.J...He walks around with the buyer and try's to explains to them every detail of what he is doing,He also tells them what he thinks (be it bad or good about the house)....If you are looking for a quick inspection then he is NOT for you

We got a recommendation from a friend for Luciano M at mrhomeinspector.net, and are very happy with his work. He spent more than 3 hours at the house, climbing into the attic and crawing into the craw space.
Highly recommended.
