i'm not sure what a police chief of fire chief should be paid, but neither of those salaries seem unreasonable to me. if i understand the jobs correctly, they're essentially the CEO of the police department and of the fire department, right?

Chris Christie is for salary caps? interesting. lol

I would like to know which areas in West Orange are good?
How is the school system?I have looked on greatschools.com and seen the ratings,
but real life experience is better.
Anything specific I should know of West Orange?
How is the area around this property?71 Valley Way, West Orange Township, NJ 07052 (MLS# 3122086) - West Orange Township NJ Real Estate - ColdwellBankerMoves.com

Thanks for your help.
One of my friend lives there and he told the schools are very good.
But he told that the tax is also too high.
He is paying more then 12000$/year
