If you know the information about CENTEX BUILDERS IN NJ please let me know how their construction and services? Do any 1 got problems with those builders?

As with any builder, you will get the pros and cons of each. There have been discussions on here before about Centex, but some like them and some don't. I would say that as long as almost everyone is not saying anything bad, go with them. I have worked with them before and they seem to have very different looking homes, especially in the higher square footage range. Not a typical box like home.
