Looks like the Charlie Brown's restaurants are all closing....or being sold. I only ate there once and was not impressed. Poor service and ok food is a recipe for a restaurant chain that won't make it.

I agree- they were good, but even then it was really only the salad bar and burgers that were good. The other food items were mediocre. They used to be so popular too but I think they over-reached.... and the service was never too swift. Too bad. They were a convenient place to go for a diner alternative until their prices got out of hand....in my opinion of course

Do you have a link for your source? I haven't seen any news come out that they are closing the rest of the locations. They closed 13 in November.

I noticed there was a dead Charlie Brown's in the area to which I moved last year.

Everything is changing. I also noticed this past year that they stopped selling Swanson's Chicken Pot Pies, too.

The world has gone to hell.

I remember those commercials so well, even though I was a kid when they aired. I couldn't wait to become an adult to enjoy the unlimited beer, wine and sangria.

Of course. by the time I was old enough to enjoy the unlimited beer, wine, and sangria, they were long gone. Maybe because of the unlimited beer, wine, and sangria?
