And probably something someone should have disclosed. But I am very surprised the police haven't found out who this person is yet with modern investigative techniques.

Creepy to say the least!! Can't they find out who this watcher is? Perhaps he lived there at one time going by what he said in one letter?

Disturbed person for sure.

my guess is this is the home. looking at home sales last june there are only 2 that are in the $1.3m range and one of them is new construction

657 Boulevard, Westfield, NJ 07090 is Recently Sold | Zillow

This one is old, 6 bedrooms, and around the right price

Interesting to see the buyer has hired an attorney who indicates he specializes in DWI/DUI. Real Estate is listed in "other services" along with Divorce and Traffic Violations on his website. I would've hired someone who specializes in Real Estate.
