You and your neighbors would not qualify those areas as downtown? Well oooo La La. What a pretentious comment to make.

I'm sorry if that offends anyone. I promise I am not a RE agent.

But I do promise that I am one stubborn SOB
How is Booker T clearly Bergen-Lafayette when the most northern borders of Bergen-Lafayette are parts of Grand and Communipaw? Yes Holland Gardens is on the other side of the tunnel but then what neighborhood is it since you dont consider it to be Downtown according to you? So according to you and your neighbors just because Booker T, is on the other side of the Turnpike its not Downtown. I dont see how this would isolate it from your neighborhood since its only a short 6 block walk or drive to Van Vorst Park. So would that mean the whole area east of 6th st you wouldnt consider Downtown 10 years ago because the tracks of the embankment were up then and it isolated it from the rest of Downtown?

Listen, you can argue till your dead on what is considered 'downtown'. It is pointless. The main point here is there are better places overall than Jersey City, period. Downtown, Uptown, eastside, westside - you are still living in JC. Look elsewhere.

You're saying that JC is up and coming, but getting more expensive, so look at Hoboken?

Hoboken costs more.

Since it's been 5 years since the last post, how does Jersey City rank today?
