I’m close to the GSP entrance from 9. I see it every morning when I head to the gym. Absent crazy finagling or pure luck, the portion of 9N from Wawa to the entrance looks to be 10 min or more alone. Less than a mile.

I lived in Middlesex County for a year. Now I am in Somerset County. I really like Bergen County (Which I don't find that much more expensive.....) and thats where I am moving to now.
My Takeaways from Middlesex County:
Everything is a stroad. Route 1, Route 9, Route 18, Route 27, Route 35, Route 36, Route 22, Route 130, Route 440, Route 1 and 9... Everywhere you go you WILL have to take these roads or the highway. There is no way around it.
Urban Sprawl to the max. Everywhere is sprawl.
Two of the best rail lines are in/off of Middlesex and Monmouth Counties. Really convenient
The traffic feels more 'never ending' down here than up there.
The development reminds me of North Carolina or Northern Virginia.

Super diverse.
Close to the beaches.
I live in NC you been here lately? I see nothing in Monmouth County that reminds me of what they're doing down here.
How can there be urban sprawl in Monmouth County when there ain't no urban.
OK “suburban” sprawl then if you want to get technical.
