Me and my husband are planning to buy a condo/townhouse in the range of ($250K-$300K) 2Bed - 2Bath. We are looking for a place which is close to Public Transportation. I am preferring Bergen County since my office is in Montavle (i usually drive to office and my husband prefers path trains to Jersey City where he works.), but i am not sure which cities in Bergen County have easy commute.
Any info, even on cities in different county but easy commute is appreciated.
Priority for us is
Easy Commute
Safe City
Only Townhomes/Condos which are managed by the management.
I'll be glad if someone can send some info on this.
