No it means that our POORLY elected corrupt NJ govt pizzzed away the $$$$$$ .. The fact remains that Union City has one of the best schools in the area. Woodrow Wilson and they have built new schools ....... just because some children are poor does not mean it is crime ridden....... there is no crime in the UC schools..........
