Great pictures.
It really is ridiculous how people refuse to give Newark any kind of credit, let alone appreciate your photography. I would of thought this thread would come out positive, but there's always the downers who shun Newark as a city.

Newark & Jersey City will have their day.

Damn, after looking at this thread again I hadn't realized how much changed even in 3 years. There's a LOT more market-rate apartments up and going, and more under construction. The riverfront park added greenway along the Passaic (and is being expanded) and there is a much better retail presence (with more coming from Teacher's Village).

Looks like they are putting a park on McCarter Highway were the old baseball field was. Unless its something else but it looks like a park to me.
