I'm looking to learn how to boil crawfish. I had some the other day that taste like they put butter in the boil. I'm looking for different ways to cook them. Any help would be great!

Thanks,

There are many recipes, but this gives you a basic idea:

I find that ice isn't as critical with crawfish as it is with shrimp. Also, one or two fresh water rinses should be enough.

I just boiled seafood for dinner tonight. I simply used Zatarain's Seafood Boil liquid for an hour on fresh corn, 30 minutes in potatoes, and 4 minutes on the shrimp...

...oh sorry, I bought the crawfish already done for tonight, but I've read that they take 30 minutes to boil. Its pretty simple.

Make sure you add potatoes, garlic, onions, and corn on the cob when you boil - yummy! Use a good crab boil.

It's really quite simple.

A friend of mine says pineapples are the bomb. I haven't tried it yet.
